By accessing or using Music Trails ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Music Trails is operated by Music Trails, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Music Trails is a musician networking platform that enables users to connect with other musicians, join communities ("Circles"), discover and attend events, and communicate with other members.

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and capabilities. Details of each tier are available on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Music Trails. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collect user information without consent

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
